D&B Sessions
From hype to helper: How we integrate AI into everyday agency life.
How is AI technology changing everyday working life in companies?
What new opportunities are opening up? Our presentation “From hype to helper” is aimed at people in marketing and communication who want to gain an insight into the practical application of AI. We will present current case studies from practice and show how the use of AI can both increase efficiency and open up new opportunities.
The aim is to provide an impetus and offer suggestions on how AI can be meaningfully integrated into everyday working life in order to turn the hype into real added value.
Our workshops: Working together to find solutions.
Our workshop sessions mean: Getting input, asking questions, sorting and evaluating. And then finding options for action that suit the company and the brand, but also the client team, the budget and all other framework conditions. As an attention-grabbing agency, we focus on listening and developing goals together, and not just at the start of a project. Developing and evaluating strategic options and always looking for quick wins: that is our aim.
Our workshop sessions cover many topics and issues:
- What is the right strategy for my brand or product?
- How can I use more data-based marketing step-by-step and pragmatically?
- How can we better dovetail marketing and sales?
- What are the options for a loyalty program?
- Corporate influencers: What do I need for this?
- How do I define the right personas?
- Etc.
The Employer Attention Manifesto (EAM): Our path to becoming an employer brand.
In times of skills shortages, the battle for the right talent and employees is in full swing. In this D&B session, we will show you our process for positioning yourself as an employer in order to remain competitive.
Based on a clear strategy, using Damm & Bierbaum use cases and campaigns.
If you wish, we can also turn our process presentation into a workshop and take a look at your employer brand and optimization potential together.
What our brain doesn't tell us: psychology in everyday life.
We think that we think for ourselves – unfortunately this is not true.
Many of our thought processes are subject to patterns that we do not notice and are difficult to influence. This lecture uses various examples and (thought) experiments with the audience to show how caught up we are in these patterns: selective perception, suggestion, belief, memory distortion, priming and more – supervised thinking determines our everyday lives.
We also show how the findings can be applied in communication with customers or partners in order to “optimize” their decision-making processes.
