International launch of Thomas Cook's new hotel concept for four-star-plus hotels & resorts.  "Treat your senses to a holiday" was the focus of the brand communication. The name (Sentido = sense), the slogan and the campaign are winners for the core idea. Within a few months a coherent brand emerged that was successful from the start.
